Busta Rhymes is easily one of the most beloved hip hop artists of all time, and definitely one of my favorites. Busta first jumped on the mic in 1991 with his L.I homies, Leaders of the New School and since then, he’s collaborated with seemingly everyone, staying atop the charts, and most importantly, he’s been consistently creating hip hop and r&b magic… and reggae too.
Busta is so versatile, that he’s penned hits with Mariah, Tribe Called Quest, Janet, Chris Brown, T-pain, Mary J, Trey Songz, Rick Ross, Diddy, Latifa, Missy Elliot, Wyclef, John Legend… top charting reggae artists… and scores other. His music is typically full of energy and wit, and his voice is uniquely distinctive. On screen, Busta’s magic is even more vivid.
