PA lawmakers have finally agreed on a Marcellus shale impact fee. While the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors applauded the bill, The Allegheny Front's Dennis Funk interviewed a western Pennsylvania township supervisor who was not pleased. Also in Harrisburg, Governor Tom Corbett released his 2012-13 budget. The Department of Environmental Protection will lose nearly eight percent of its yearly state budget, and the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources' budget would fall by 4.6 percent.
