This week’s HUMP! podcast is dedicated to 10 year old La’Shaun Armstrong from Newburgh, NY, who survived his mother’s murder/suicide attempt a couple of weeks ago. He tragically lost his mother and all three of his siblings when 25 y/o LaShanda Armstrong drove her minivan filled with her children into the Hudson River. God, help this motherless child.

DJSOUL: First, thank you for blessing HUMP! with your gifts! Can you name the trax on GFM that you enjoyed making the most and why?
LUST: I really enjoyed recording "Window Seat" and "Bail Money." That day in the studio
I had Tony B the violinist, Poetiq Beetz and all my LIFE fam. It was a lot of talent and creativity in the studio that day.
DJSOUL: Name 2 artists (dead or alive) that give you the most inspiration to do what you do as an artist?
LUST: Tupac and Erykah Badu.
DJSOUL: Who would you like to see take the Hip Hop Artist of the Year (OK to include you) award?
LUST: Besides myself, KIN4LIFE, Fiona Simone and Siya are great artists.
