Back to winning ways on Saturday with a 3-0 win over the not so mighty Wolves. But have we really turned the corner or will be facing more ‘Glorious Unpredictability’ in the weeks to come? Good to see Romeu make an impressive premier league debut, but no Super Frank Lampard? And what was all the nonsense from the MHL about Torres and Drogba? Either way, it looks like Chelsea’s appetite for winning games and scoring goals is back, so amen to that!
And talking of healthy appetites (for Guinness at any rate) we all had a good night in the Imperial with one of the best turn outs we’ve seen in there. We have a good old natter about the ins and outs of the Wolves game as well as awarding the ‘Fannies’ for Man of the Match, Chant of the match, Guinness and Celery moments later in the show.
Special guests on the show this week are Danny Bremer-Bennett and Kyle Bergen who made a wish to watch their beloved Chelsea play at Stamford Bridge. Thanks to the Make a Wish Foundation it came true. We talk to the boys about their special trip to the home of football.
On ‘DLBIA’ this week we look back at arguably the greatest Chelsea player of all time, the only challenger to the title King of Stamford Bridge. And of course we wrap up proceedings with a few ‘Dear Mart’s’ for Dr Mart to answer and the best posts from the week in ‘You’re on CFFC’.
