2010 was an amazing year for me, from becoming a Dad for the 1st time to playing at a wide array of awesome shows such as Deadmau5, Bonobo, L.A. Riots, Matthew Dear & many more. To close out 2010 & ring in 2011 properly I spun at a fantastic NYE party at the Orpheum Theatre in Madison, WI.

The Orpheum has been around for over 80 years and has seen it's fair share of crazy parties & legendary performances. The spirits that haunt the place were in a festive mood this year and held off from any of the legendary shenanigans that tend to occur there. Instead it was just a raging dance party that drew a huge crowd and also one of the most diverse (age-wise) I've seen in Madison, especially for an underground rave-like event. I went on after a great performance by local faves, Dirty Disco Kidz and kept the party going into the wee hours. I ended up spinning lots of my choice cuts from the past year, some new stuff & of course some New Year's classic jams. 2011 is off to a great start, enjoy the mix and Happy New Year!
