Podcast Episode Summary
There’s one way to know who makes the most reliable computers: Ask someone who’s fixed 46,000 computers over the last year. That’s just what we did, and the results are noteworthy. David Milman is CEO of Rescuecom, a national computer repair and consulting franchise. His company made 46,000 service calls over the past 12 months, and compiled the service data to create a “reliability index” that ranks reliability by brand name. Company officials say they have no allegiance to any vendor, that the data is unbiased, and offered as a public service. Tune in to find out which vendors Milman says are tops in reliability, according to Rescuecom’s study.
