Podcast Episode Summary
Ok so here's the deal. The Itinerary. I'm currently on route to Heathrow Airport in London. After a five hour lay over, I fly to Belgrade. Meet Goga at Nikola Testla Airport, spend the night in Ljubin & Jagoda's new house then take that 8 hour train ride to Zagreb. Two days in Zagreb with Goga's aunt then it's off to Paris where the Journey officially begins... Five days in Paris; Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Arc de Triumph, river Seine, Notre Dame and all that other good stuff. Over night train to Milan, hang out for the day hoping to run into some runway models.Then an afternoon train from Milan to Florence. Last year on the bus ride to Rome we were able to vaguely see the Dome of the Florence's Cathedral from the highway now I'll be up close and personal. One of my absolute favourite buildings...Four days in Florence, the renaissance, Santa Maria Del Fiore, Michelangelo's David, Pointe Vecchio it's all good. Another train to Pisa to take some cheesy let's pretend were holding up the tower pictures then a train back to Florence, then Bologna, then Rimini then Ancona, then a speed ferry across the Adriatic Sea to Split. A train back to Zagreb for a few days then a train back to Belgrade for a few a few more days... Alright Paris. Let's hope that I remember the French I learned in French Immersion during Elementary School.
