Whether under his own name or that of his alias Toni D, Antonio De Angelis has consistently turned out exciting releases on a number of great labels. Antonio started his career in southern Italy where he took part in some of the most important events back in the day. In 2000 he moved to London and with his very genuine character and his passion for house music he made his own way up and got himself to play at the most important clubs & parties in town. He eventually got his residency at Kubicle, the best after party in London. In the meantime he was constantly involved in music production with ever increasing success and love for techno… 2010 has seen him release music on Trapez, Tenax ,Paulatine, Off, Climatic Sound, and he is fresh from his debut 4 track EP on Steve Lawler‘s Viva Music. A key mover on the London party scene, Antonio is now building a strong reputation through his music. His last appearance on Safari was alongside label chief Arnaud Le Texier on ‘Down Is The New Up’ EP. We are all aware of his House talents, but on ‘The Relative Size Of A Planet‘ E.P., again on Safari, Antonio reveals a darker, more sinister, side showing that there is great versatility here and with no doubt much more to come…
