The Tinker Podcast proudly presents to you an exclusive set from Oleg Poliakov.
The set is a smooth blend of hypnotic beats that you can easily lose yourself in. From the outset Oleg takes you on a musical journey with haunting vocals and gentle melodies that flow effortless throughout the set. Welding a wide array of sounds may it be deep house flavors or more upfront techno to intricate tech,diversity is the key to this set.
Oleg Poliakov’s early production career was built on creating beats for Hip-Hop MC’s and lending his studio skills to Rappers. Switching to Radio production, he went onto to work with French national stations, further enhancing his technical skills. It was at this time his began to explore electronic music as a composer.
With a sound that strays from specifics, he looks to create his own compositions using a subtle combo of all electronic worlds. His early releases on labels including Karat and Sthlmaudio won him acclaim, but it is his releases for Circus Company that have really put him on the map.
Recently Oleg released the Caravan EP on Bass Culture, an EP from which the title track had been played by all the major players during WMC 2010 in Miami making of it without doubt one of the biggest track of this year conference.
With this monster of a track in his hands and strong credentials as a key producer and djs, Oleg Poliakov’s future looks very bright.
