Franz Liszt called Chopin's Preludes “...poetic preludes, analogous to those of a great contemporary poet, who cradles the soul in golden dreams..."  Ya-Fei Chuang is known in North America, Europe and Asia as a pianist of stunning virtuosity and communicative power.  She has performed at the Berlin Philharmonie, the Gewandhaus Leipzig, National Philharmonic Hall Warsaw and at Symphony Hall and Jordan Hall in Boston.
