Podcast Episode Summary

Zoltan Kodaly spent a lot of time traveling through Transylvania in the early 1910's, collecting folksong melodies.  Kodaly then infused his own compositions with the sound of the folk music he collected.  A great example of his folk/classical style is the Duo for Violin and Cello.
