I have been doing a News, Commentary, buffoonery and shenanigans filled program for years at night, now I can't stay up late!

I've been a regular caller to Opie and Anthony and The Ron and Fez Show, on XM202.
Thanks to the great Ron Bennington of The Ron and Fez Show, I was given a couple of Podcast opportunities on XM Radio channel 202 and have done them on my own since.
I find these sessions therapeutic...
